Led research and development of all required systems need to convert a stock vehicle into a hybrid electric with SAE Level 2 autonomy. This involved schematic and harness design for the vehicle HV and LV systems; included was the HV powertrain system, HVIL (High Voltage Interlock Loop), radars and controllers, powertrain LV and the relay PCB which were all created in VeSys. Further, testing and integration was performed on all components including the custom battery pack, HV motor and inverter along with all LV systems and design of custom CAN buses.
